Mira Dining presents a selection of festive limited-edition dishes during the Mid-Autumn Festival, allowing guests to enjoy a delightful dining experience during this time of reunion. From the exquisite cuisine at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental in Central, the Michelin-starred Tang Court, to the homely flavours at Tsui Hang Village, each restaurant offers special set menus for an unforgettable culinary feast this Mid-Autumn Festival.

Mid-Autumn Reunion Set Menu at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental

The Landmark Mandarin Oriental will offer two Mid-Autumn reunion set menus from 18 September to 26 September, namely the “Mid-Autumn Delicacies Set Menu” and the “Reunion Celebration Set Menu”, with prices starting from HK$1,080 per person. The menu includes:

  • Baked Australian Lobster with Cheese: Tender Australian lobster served with seafood cheese broth, rich and fragrant.
  • Fresh Lychee Mushroom and Sea Whelk Soup: A clear and nourishing soup.
  • Abalone with Mushroom and South African Abalone: Braised abalone cooked to perfection, with a rich texture.
  • 15-Year Aged Dried Tangerine Peel Pigeon: Crispy skin and tender meat, with a fragrant tangerine peel aroma.
  • Seafood Congee: Golden and rich seafood broth, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

All set menus conclude with a sweet red bean soup featuring glutinous rice balls, symbolising reunion and creating a warm festive atmosphere.

Mid-Autumn Reunion Tasting Menu at Tang Court

Located in Central, Tang Court will also offer a “Mid-Autumn Reunion Tasting Menu” from 1 September to 30 September, priced at HK$1,688 per person for two or more. The menu includes:

  • Slow-Cooked Emperor Goose: Smooth skin and tender meat, with a unique marinating process.
  • Bird’s Nest and Chuan Bei Chicken Soup: A nourishing and hydrating option.
  • Yellow Broth Dried Abalone with Jade Ring: Smooth and soft texture.
  • 20-Year Aged Huadiao Steamed Lobster: Rich wine aroma perfectly blended with the freshness of lobster.

Tsui Hang Village will launch a Mid-Autumn set menu from 18 September to 27 September, allowing guests to share in the joy of reunion. The menu includes:

  • Crispy Suckling Pig Platter: Symbolising good fortune, with a perfect balance of colour, aroma, and taste.
  • Scallop and Shrimp Balls in Superior Broth: A perfect combination of sweet scallops and springy shrimp balls.
  • Fish Maw and Snow Fungus Soup: Delicate and nourishing flavour.
  • Classic Fried Chicken: A perfect rendition of traditional Cantonese flavour.
  • Fragrant Lotus Leaf Rice: Delicious with a refreshing lotus fragrance.

All set menus are served with sweet red bean soup and glutinous rice balls, adding sweetness and warmth to the Mid-Autumn Festival.
