What the table does not tell you

Four of the eight brands have not published a price, and three have not published an early-bird deadline. We have left those cells as “Not announced“ rather than estimating them. Where a brand publishes more detail we will update this page rather than write a new one.

The deadlines worth acting on first

The Merchants closes earliest, on 15 August. Kowloon Shangri-La’s boutique tier ran to 13 August with the wider offer to 24 August, which is also the day Hung Fook Tong goes on sale. Nina Hospitality runs to 31 August. That leaves roughly three weeks between the last early-bird deadline and the festival itself.

Where the discounts are actually deepest

The headline rates are not comparable on their own, because two of them are volume-gated. Hang Heung’s 48% and 8 Degrees Hotel’s 55% both require bulk orders — ten boxes and five boxes respectively — which makes them corporate-gifting rates rather than household ones. For a single box, the best published rate among the brands we have covered is Nina Hospitality at up to 26%, followed by Kowloon Shangri-La and Kerry Hotel at up to 25%.
