Hong Kong’s stylish Thai restaurant Bamboo Thai has partnered with the internationally renowned spa and massage brand THANN to launch a limited-time creative menu and non-alcoholic cocktails, offering diners a healing culinary journey for the body and soul. This event will run from now until 30 September 2026 and will be available at all four Bamboo Thai locations.
A Healing Culinary Experience
The collaborative menu is themed around fragrant natural herbs, designed to allow guests to experience relaxation for both body and mind while enjoying delicious food. The menu has been conceived by the culinary team at Bamboo Thai in collaboration with THANN’s spa experts, using seasonal ingredients sourced from Southeast Asia, and incorporating vitamin E-rich rice bran oil, perilla, and plant aromatic components, ensuring each dish provides a nourishing experience.
Limited-Time Dishes
The collaborative menu features four meticulously designed limited-time dishes, available daily from 3 PM to 9 PM. The dishes include:
- Lemongrass and Lime Coconut Clam Soup (HK$82): A comforting soup made with fresh clam meat, combined with straw mushrooms, galangal, and lime leaves.
- Spicy Beef and Rice Noodle Salad (HK$98): Served with a spicy dressing and special spices, this dish is vibrant and refreshing.
- Perilla Crab Fried Brown Rice (HK$158): A healthy and delicious dish featuring brown rice stir-fried with crab meat and perilla leaves until dry.
- Yuzu Sorbet (HK$72): Made with yuzu and coconut jelly, this dish offers a sweet and tangy refreshment.
Additionally, there is a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails, including “Chiang Mai Dawn” and “Emerald Cucumber Soda,” focusing on natural health to perfectly complement the unique flavours of the dishes.
