Morton’s Grille at One Central Macau is launching a five-night limited surf and turf feast to celebrate the upcoming Macau International Fireworks Display Contest. This special menu combines signature steaks with succulent lobster, allowing diners to enjoy the magnificent fireworks display from an excellent vantage point.
Menu Details
The surf and turf feast will be available on the evenings of 12, 19, and 25 September, as well as 1 and 4 October 2026, starting at 8 PM. The menu features a variety of Morton’s signature dishes, paired with classic American steakhouse sides, offering guests a rich and flavourful dining experience.
Three Menu Options
- Classic Steak Menu (from HK$788+ per person): Featuring a 230g filet mignon, tender and juicy, perfectly embodying the classic flavours of surf and turf.
- Deluxe Ultimate Menu (from HK$988+ per person): Includes appetisers and a main course, with options for a 340g Australian M9 ribeye steak or a 600g Australian M4-5 bone-in sirloin steak, both rich and flavourful.
- Prestigious Taste Menu (from HK$1,288+ per person): In addition to the dishes from the Deluxe Ultimate Menu, this option includes 10g of luxurious caviar and two glasses of sparkling wine, providing guests with a more elevated dining experience.
All menus feature Caesar salad and succulent lobster tail accompanied by black truffle butter, with a choice of sides such as truffle cheese fries or sour cream mashed potatoes, finishing with a French crème brûlée to sweeten the fireworks night.
Morton’s Grille boasts a prime location, where guests can enjoy their meals either indoors or on the spacious outdoor terrace, making it an ideal spot to watch the dazzling fireworks in the night sky.
