AIRSIDE will host the “Quirky Cuisine” Carnival from 24 September to 4 October 2026, inviting over 30 local vendors to challenge taste limits with more than 100 unique fusion dishes that redefine traditional Mid-Autumn Festival flavours.

The theme of this market is “Quirky Cuisine”, where vendors will incorporate unexpected ingredients into traditional desserts, offering a “culinary adventure”. Dishes include octopus takoyaki cake, hellish mapo banana boat, bandit chicken wing cookies, and corn meat tart, allowing participants to experience an unprecedented taste sensation.
