A New Concept in Dining Experience
The design of MILD spans two levels with stunning views of Victoria Harbour. The downstairs area features a semi-open Cocktail Bar, while the upstairs is a high-quality charcoal grill bar. The restaurant carefully selects premium ingredients to present traditional Hong Kong flavours in a fusion style, combined with modern cooking techniques, allowing customers to enjoy a distinctive dining experience.
During lunch hours, MILD offers a variety of delectable Set Lunch options, with the standout dish being the charcoal-grilled Iberico pork collar rice, limited to 20 servings daily at a price of HK$128. This dish features Spanish Iberico pork collar, slow-roasted to lock in natural fats, with a slightly charred exterior and tender interior, paired with a secret Hong Kong-style sauce that is aromatic.
Dinner Delights and Signature Cocktails
In the evening (from 6 PM to 10 PM), MILD serves a range of charcoal grilled dishes, allowing customers to savour meats that are slightly charred on the outside and juicy on the inside, complemented by signature cocktails. The cocktails are inspired by Chinese ingredients and are carefully crafted by bartenders to ensure each sip is layered with flavour.
Additionally, MILD offers a special cocktail free-flow promotion every evening from 6 PM to 11 PM, priced at HK$288 per person. On Wednesdays, there is a Ladies’ Night exclusive price of HK$188, allowing customers to unwind in a slightly tipsy state.
