Global culinary specialist Chef’s Cuts announced on 1 June 2026 that it will hold a four-month 5th anniversary celebration from 4 June to 30 September, introducing a range of new dry-aged beef and creative Hokkaido scallop dishes. This series of celebratory events will take place simultaneously across its four locations, complemented by live acoustic music every Thursday, allowing guests to enjoy the perfect combination of food and music in the summer rhythm.
New Dry-Aged Beef Delicacies
To celebrate its 5th anniversary, Chef’s Cuts has specially introduced ribeye steaks from top-quality Black Angus beef in the United States, using its own double-aging process to deliver an exquisite taste to customers. Each ribeye steak will undergo 12 days of aging in a dry-aging cabinet, followed by immersion in pure beef fat for a second phase of aging, resulting in a more tender texture and richer flavour.
The first dishes to be launched include the “Korean Spicy Sauce Dry-Aged Black Angus Ribeye Steak,” which enhances the steak’s deliciousness with the sweet and spicy notes of Korean sauce, leaving a lasting impression. In July, the “Black Garlic Dry-Aged Ribeye Steak” will be introduced, combining the caramel sweetness of black garlic with the richness of beef, providing a delightful experience for meat lovers.
Creative Scallop Quintet Dishes
In addition to beef, Chef’s Cuts will also launch the “Scallop Quintet: A Saucy Flavour Journey,” featuring five creative sauces paired with Hokkaido scallops to showcase the freshness of seafood. These sauces include pea purée, pumpkin yellow pepper purée, salted egg potato purée, black garlic purée, and smoked beetroot purée, offering a multi-layered flavour experience for the scallops.
Moreover, during the celebration, Chef’s Cuts will host live acoustic music events, inviting star guest mixologists to craft special cocktails on-site, providing guests with a unique dining experience. These activities not only allow customers to enjoy delicious food but also immerse them in the passion of midsummer accompanied by music.
