The popular Japanese tea chain nana’s green tea is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2026. To mark this special occasion, two branches in Hong Kong are launching a series of limited summer delicacies and desserts from now until 30 August.
New Matcha Desserts and Summer Dishes
In honour of the brand’s fragrant tea history, nana’s green tea’s Hong Kong locations have collaborated with the century-old matcha shop “Uji Yamasei Koyamaen” in Kyoto to introduce new matcha desserts. These treats not only showcase the unique flavour of matcha but also bring a refreshing taste to the hot summer.
Among them, the highlight product is the “Matcha Cookie Milkshake with Chocolate Sauce” (HK$58), which features a rich matcha milkshake base, complemented by refreshing matcha jelly, crispy Lotus Biscoff biscuits, and smooth matcha cream, all drizzled with chocolate sauce for a delightful experience.
Additionally, the “Ultimate Matcha Raw Chocolate Parfait” (HK$108) is made with matcha soft serve, matcha jelly, mochi, and brown rice crisps, offering a rich and layered texture that is simply mouth-watering. The “Triple Matcha Soft Serve” (HK$52) showcases nana’s green tea’s signature matcha, delivering a robust tea aroma.
Elegant Choices for the Mid-Autumn Festival
In celebration of the Mid-Autumn Festival, nana’s green tea’s Hong Kong locations are launching the “Mini Custard Mooncake Gift Box” for the first time, featuring four unique Japanese-style mooncake flavours to add an elegant touch to the holiday. The gift box design incorporates traditional Japanese Yuzen dyeing techniques and contains “Mini Mochi Egg Yolk Custard”, “Mini Hojicha Mochi Custard”, “Mini Matcha Soft Centre Custard”, and “Mini Black Sesame Custard”, each mooncake showcasing delicate Japanese charm.
This mooncake gift box is priced at HK$268 and will be available for pre-order starting from 20 July 2026, with an early bird price of HK$208. Customers can redeem their orders at designated branches from 1 to 25 September 2026.
