Flat Iron Steak brings diners a double surprise with the launch of its classic French pepper sauce steak set menu this October, alongside a fireworks dinner at its ifc branch on National Day, allowing guests to enjoy the Victoria Harbour fireworks display while indulging in fine food and wine.
New French Pepper Sauce Steak Set Menu
Starting in October, all Flat Iron Steak locations will offer the classic French pepper sauce steak set menu at a special price of HK$388 per person (original price HK$698) for a three-course lunch or dinner. The starter options include salmon crab cake with tartare sauce, or for an additional HK$28, diners can upgrade to the classic French onion soup, which boasts a rich aroma, perfect for autumn and winter.
The star of the menu is the 300-gram Rangers Station French pepper sauce steak, served with crispy fries and a fresh salad. Diners can choose the tender wagyu sirloin steak, or upgrade to wagyu ribeye for an extra HK$48, and can opt to pair their meal with a glass of Delas Frères Côtes du Rhône (2024) red wine for an additional HK$58.
For dessert, guests can choose between a dark chocolate mousse cake or a classic French apple tart, providing a perfect conclusion to the meal.
National Day Fireworks Dinner
Flat Iron Steak’s ifc branch will host a fireworks dinner on the evening of October 1st, featuring a special fireworks menu. The window-side viewing package (HK$2,400 for two) allows diners to enjoy the fireworks up close, with a starter of salmon tartare served with toasted baguette and caviar potato, followed by a refreshing garden salad.
The main course options include dry-aged Jack’s Creek M9 wagyu sirloin steak (550 grams) or creamy lobster pasta, concluding with a chocolate mousse tart accompanied by strawberries. The regular seating package (HK$1,176 for two) also offers delicious starters and main courses.
Diners are required to make reservations in advance and can book online through Sevenrooms to ensure they can enjoy this unique National Day experience.
