TamJai Yunnan Noodles (TamJai) will launch a series of autumn limited-edition products starting from 15 October 2026, in celebration of the brand’s 30th anniversary. Among these is the highly anticipated “Crab Roe Flavour Sauce Mixed Noodles with Crispy Chicken Skin Dumplings and Coriander Fish Soup.” This new dish features rich crab roe sauce enveloping each noodle, paired with crispy yet tender chicken skin dumplings, offering a dual delight for both the eyes and the palate.
Introduction to Autumn New Products
The price for the “Crab Roe Flavour Sauce Mixed Noodles” is HK$55, with the option to choose wide noodles, accompanied by a bowl of refreshing coriander fish soup. Diners can opt for plain soup or add fish balls and fish tofu for an extra layer of flavour. This dish does not have a spice level option, making it suitable for all types of diners.
In addition to the main dish, TamJai is also reintroducing the popular snack “Garlic Pepper Chicken Feet Tendons,” priced at HK$23. With a crunchy texture, the intertwining garlic and pepper flavours make it irresistible whether enjoyed on its own or paired with noodles.
The city’s first-ever “Wood Ginger Lemon Tea” will also be available, priced at HK$18 for a single order and HK$14 for an add-on. This drink cleverly incorporates wood ginger into lemon tea, offering a refreshing thirst-quencher with a lingering mild numbing sensation, perfect for complementing the rich crab roe flavour noodles.
Launch of Mini Claypot Series
To embrace the coolness of autumn, TamJai is expanding its previously popular “Mini Claypot” series to all branches during the evening hours. The “Mini Curry Claypot” and “Mini Three Delicacies Claypot” each have their unique characteristics; the former features clams, chicken rolls, and gluten, while the latter combines fresh shrimp, clams, and fish belly for a sweet and savoury taste, priced at HK$32 and HK$38 respectively.
To mark the occasion, TamJai has specially invited members of the popular YouTube group JFFT to taste the new products and share their impressions. Brother Cheung expressed that the flavour of the crab roe sauce mixed noodles reminded him of the familiarity of returning to Hong Kong, while Brother Yip praised the unique taste of the wood ginger lemon tea.
TamJai Yunnan Noodles’ new autumn flavour series will be launched at all branches starting from 15 October 2026, providing diners with a rich culinary experience.
