KAWS and AllRightsReserved have officially launched the KAWS:HOLIDAY Hangzhou Station today, located at one of the ten scenic spots of West Lake, “Xizi Lake Shore – Willows Whispering to the Nightingale.” The exhibition features the iconic character COMPANION in a robotic form for the first time, and will officially open to the public at 12:30 PM today, continuing until 8 PM on 27 September.
Artistic Dialogue at West Lake, Hangzhou
Since its inception in 2018 by AllRightsReserved, the KAWS:HOLIDAY exhibition has showcased in several major cities. For the Hangzhou station, KAWS once again collaborates with AllRightsReserved and local partner Hangzhou Hang Lung Plaza to present a new 30-metre long COMPANION art installation in a robotic form, harmonising beautifully with the natural scenery of West Lake.
Global Launch of Limited Edition Collectibles
To celebrate the opening of the exhibition, KAWS has released a series of exclusive limited edition collectibles, including a new COMPANION collectible figure in robotic form, standing approximately 10 inches tall, available in glossy yellow and matte black. Each figure comes with a specially designed collector’s box and an NFC anti-counterfeit certification chip. Additionally, there are products such as hoodies, T-shirts, mugs, and a special tea set.

- Tea Set: Includes a covered bowl and tea cups, made of ceramic.
- Hoodies and T-shirts: 100% cotton, available in various colours and sizes.

The limited edition collectibles for KAWS:HOLIDAY Hangzhou Station were exclusively launched online at DDT Store at 10 AM today (Hong Kong time) and will be available at the pop-up store in Hangzhou Hang Lung Plaza from 2 PM today (Hong Kong time), with limited quantities available on a first-come, first-served basis.
This exhibition is not only a showcase of art but also a fusion of Hangzhou’s culture and modern trends, inviting visitors to experience a unique lakeside artistic rendezvous at the intersection of classical poetry and contemporary art.
