Emmer Pizza has announced its first collaboration with the renowned Kee Wah Bakery in Hong Kong, launching a limited-time “Sausage Pizza” from 14 October to 30 November 2026, priced at HK$178. This creative pizza perfectly combines Emmer Pizza’s exclusive ancient grain base with Kee Wah Bakery’s sliced sausage, delivering an unexpected and delightful taste experience.
Combining Ancient Grain Craftsmanship with Local Flavours
The pizza base at Emmer Pizza is made from two-grain wheat, an ancient grain with a history of over 19,000 years, which contains lower gluten and richer nutrients. To preserve the natural oils and nutrients of the grains, the Emmer team insists on milling the wheat daily, mixing it with rye flour, high-quality Italian flour, and natural yeast. After 24 hours of fermentation, the dough is hand-rolled and baked in a specially designed rotating pizza oven, achieving a perfect texture that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The Unique Flavour of the Sausage Pizza
The soul of this sausage pizza comes from Kee Wah Bakery’s sliced sausage, a classic ingredient that brings a rich salty-sweet aroma, adding a local essence to the pizza. The sausage is made from high-quality tender pork, complemented by rose wine and premium soy sauce, paired with buffalo cheese, charred bok choy, and sweet red onions. Finally, it is topped with fresh spring onions and drizzled with a special soy sauce paste, providing the pizza with rich layers and freshness.
Sunday Bottomless Brunch
In addition to the sausage pizza, Emmer Pizza’s Landmark branch has also launched a Sunday Bottomless Brunch, allowing guests to enjoy pizzas and selected beverages in a comfortable setting. This brunch is available every Sunday, where guests can enjoy unlimited fresh salads and cold dishes, choose between pizza or pasta, and conclude with unlimited servings of tiramisu.
