Kerry Hotel Hong Kong’s Big Bay Café is proudly launching a new themed buffet dinner, ‘Japanese Seafood Feast’, from 1 September to 30 November 2026, offering gourmets a luxurious experience featuring a range of exquisite seafood and Japanese delicacies.
Buffet Dinner Highlights
The highlight of the ‘Japanese Seafood Feast’ buffet dinner includes an upgraded selection of Japanese sashimi and sushi, Hokkaido snow crab, sea urchin hand rolls, and freshly carved bluefin tuna, along with live-cooked Kumamoto A4 Wagyu beef, blending the essence of traditional Japanese cuisine with modern interpretations for a delightful culinary journey.
Diverse Selection of Seafood and Japanese Cuisine
The sashimi and sushi section of the buffet features fresh selections daily, with sashimi options such as Nagasaki red snapper, Kagoshima butterfish, and red shrimp available from Monday to Thursday, while Friday to Sunday and public holidays will include Hokkaido scallops, salmon roe, and scallops. The sushi section showcases fresh fish imported from Japan, including tai, bonito, and sanma sushi, as well as snow crab sushi and seasonal gunkan sushi.
Additionally, guests can enjoy Hokkaido snow crab and bread crab at the iced seafood station, with lobster available from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays. The hotel’s culinary team will present a special live bluefin tuna carving demonstration from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays, allowing guests to appreciate the artistry up close and taste different parts of the tuna.
The buffet dinner also offers exquisite Japanese appetizers, such as shiso sweet shrimp cups and grilled flounder rice, along with hearty options like Kumamoto A4 Wagyu beef, providing guests with multiple surprises.
Promotions and Reservation Information
The promotional period for the buffet dinner is from 1 September to 30 November 2026, with dinner served from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The price is HK$768 per person from Monday to Thursday, and HK$868 per person from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays. Shangri-La Circle members can enjoy a 20% discount, while new members or groups of 13 or more adults can enjoy a 25% discount.
